Who can enter
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old when they enter and whose primary or seasonal home (the "Home") is within 50 miles, measured in a straight line, of downtown Brainerd, Minnesota (latitude 46.358, longitude -94.201) (the "Giveaway Area"). Sponsor decides whether an address is inside the Giveaway Area, and that decision is final.
Owners and employees of Sponsor, their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings and their spouses) and anyone living in the same household as any of them are not eligible.

Entry period
The Giveaway begins October 19, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. CT and ends November 14, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. CT (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor's computer clock is the official clock for the Giveaway. Entries received outside the Entry Period are void.

How to enter
Fill out the free entry form at www.beachconstructionllc.com/giveaway with your name, mobile number and home address.
Limit one entry per person, per household and per mobile number. If a person enters more than once (for example, with a different address or number), only their first entry counts, and Sponsor may void the others along with any bonus chances they earned. Each eligible entry receives one chance and a personal share link. Agreeing to receive text messages is optional and is not required to enter or win.

Bonus chances for sharing
Each entrant may share their personal link. For each new eligible entrant who enters through your link during the Entry Period, you receive one additional chance. A bonus chance is awarded only once per new entrant, only for a different person, household and mobile number than yours, and only if that new entrant is eligible.
You may not use your own link, enter people who did not enter themselves, or use other names, numbers or addresses to earn chances. There is no limit on bonus chances earned within these rules. Share links are only for this Giveaway and have no value after the Entry Period ends.

Prizes
Grand Prize (one): a junk removal credit worth $500 at Sponsor's posted junk removal prices, plus the Minnesota Solid Waste Management tax on the work the credit pays for (the "Credit"). The Credit covers loading, hauling, disposal, item disposal fees and sweep-up at the Home entered with the winning entry. It can be used in one visit or spread over several, and must be used by May 31, 2027. Approximate retail value (ARV): up to $549.
Referral Prize (one, if it applies): if the Grand Prize winner entered through another entrant's link, the entrant who owns that link also wins a Credit, used at the Home entered with their own entry. ARV: up to $549. If the Grand Prize winner did not enter through a link, no Referral Prize is awarded.
The Credit covers junk removal only. It does not cover dumpster rental, Bobcat tear-outs, concrete work, or items Sponsor does not accept, including paint, chemicals, propane tanks, batteries, asbestos and oil, fuel or other liquids. Any amount not used by May 31, 2027 is forfeited. Work beyond the Credit is optional and billed at Sponsor's posted prices, with the price agreed before loading; it is never required to receive the prize.
Prizes have no cash value, cannot be transferred, sold or combined with other offers, and no substitution is allowed, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize cannot be provided as described. Scheduling depends on weather and availability; Sponsor will offer reasonable dates.

Drawing and odds
On or about November 14, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. CT, after the Entry Period ends, Sponsor will randomly select one Grand Prize winner from all eligible chances received, using a computer-based random selection in which every chance has an equal probability of being drawn. Sponsor keeps a record of the drawing. The Referral Prize, if any, goes to the owner of the link the Grand Prize winner used. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible chances received.

Winner notification
Sponsor will call or text each potential winner at the number entered within 48 hours after the drawing. A potential winner must respond within 72 hours of Sponsor's first attempt and show a photo ID matching the name on the entry. If a potential winner cannot be reached, does not respond in time, is not eligible or does not follow these rules, the prize is forfeited and Sponsor may select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible chances. If the Grand Prize goes to an alternate, the Referral Prize, if any, follows the alternate's entry.

Taxes
Winners are responsible for any taxes on their prize.

Text messages
Entrants who agree to texts may receive an entry confirmation, a reminder before the drawing and the results, plus replies to messages they send, from (218) 270-8183. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop texts; your entry and chances stay valid, and Sponsor will call you if you win.

Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, a winner who accepts a prize allows Sponsor to use the winner's first name, town, and before and after photos of the cleared space for advertising, without additional compensation. Sponsor will not publish a winner's street address, and will not publish photos of a winner without their permission.

Privacy
Information collected in the Giveaway is used to run it and to contact entrants about it, and as described in Sponsor's Privacy Policy. Sponsor does not sell entrants' personal information, and mobile numbers are not shared with third parties for their marketing. To confirm an address is inside the Giveaway Area, the entry form looks it up on OpenStreetMap. The entry page also shows a map from Google Maps, which Google provides under its own privacy policy.

General conditions
By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final on all matters relating to the Giveaway. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process, gives false information, uses automated or fraudulent means to enter or earn bonus chances, or acts in a disruptive way. If the Giveaway cannot run as planned because of fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond Sponsor's control, Sponsor may cancel, change or suspend it and may award prizes by random drawing from eligible chances received before that point. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries or messages, or for any failure of phone, carrier or internet service.

Release
To the extent the law allows, entrants release Sponsor and its owners, employees and agents from any claims arising from taking part in the Giveaway or from accepting or using a prize, except for claims caused by Sponsor's gross negligence or willful misconduct. Nothing in these rules limits rights you have under Minnesota law that cannot be waived.

Disputes and governing law
These Official Rules and the Giveaway are governed by Minnesota law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved individually, without a class action, in the state courts located in Crow Wing County, Minnesota.

Social media
This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Sharing your link is optional and must follow each platform's own rules.
