If what's there matches your photos, the price we text is the price you pay. If there's more, we price it with you before we load it.
Tax: Prices are plus Minnesota's Solid Waste Management tax: 9.75% for homes, 17% for businesses. A $99 single item comes to $108.65 at the home rate. Remodel and construction debris can be taxed a different way, so the exact tax is on your quote.
Whole house? We price it from photos or a video walk-through. Bigger houses get a free on-site look first.

Clearing out the garage for a new floor? We also pour garage and shop slabs.
$50 off any cabin, garage or boathouse cleanout we haul away (junk removal).

Over the weight? $125 + tax per ton over the allowance, billed in exact amounts from the landfill scale ticket. We text you a photo of the ticket. Example: 400 lb over is $25 + tax.

How much does junk removal cost?
From $99 + tax for a single item, $199 + tax for a quarter load and $499 + tax for a full load of our dump trailer. That covers loading, hauling, disposal and a sweep-up. Tires, fridges and freezers, mattresses, electronics and TVs may carry a disposal fee, always named before we load. The tax is Minnesota's Solid Waste Management tax: 9.75% for homes, 17% for businesses. Remodel and construction debris can be taxed a different way, so the exact tax is on your quote.
Does the price you text me really hold?
Yes. If what's there matches your photos, the price we text is the price you pay. If there's more, we price it with you before we load it. No surprise fees.
Do I need to be there?
No. Text us photos and approve the price. After you book, text us the gate code or where the key is. For a dumpster, text us a photo of where to set it (in winter, show the plowed path) and who we can reach on drop-off day.
What won't you take?
Paint, chemicals, propane tanks, asbestos, batteries, and oil, fuel or other liquids. The same goes for the dumpster. Concrete, brick, dirt and rock can't go in the dumpster either, but we can tear those out with the Bobcat.
How much is the 14-yard dumpster?

If you'd rather not lift a thing, we haul it. If it's a remodel or a cleanout that takes a few days, the 14-yard usually fits better. Text us a photo and we'll tell you straight.
Can you tear out a shed, a deck or old concrete?
Yes. Small sheds and decks we can price from your photos. Bigger tear-outs are Bobcat work: a flat rate from $1,000 + tax after a free on-site look.
Where do you haul junk and deliver the dumpster?
Brainerd and about 50 miles around it: Baxter, Nisswa, Pequot Lakes, Crosslake, Breezy Point, Pine River, Crosby, Aitkin, Little Falls, Staples and more. The dumpster goes up to 60 miles from Brainerd. Not sure? Text us your town.
